It's a challenge for the Australian squad to break new ground.

The top summits have been successfully scaled.

The remaining milestones, those for the achievement hunters, are the only things left for a squad that has accomplished all there is.

That it took until Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase over 300, taking back their record for the highest in the women's 50-over format, is, frankly, a tribute to the bowlers that have represented Australia over the past 50 years.

It is hard for their hitters to hold a record if never given the possibility.

"A chance to go out there and engage in competition with her and just have a bit of fun that way, somewhat inspired me," said Healy.

She achieved fifty in 35 deliveries - her fastest at the World Cup - and her ton in 84 deliveries while she attacked short-pitched balls, hitting 21 fours and three sixes.

By the time she was dismissed her side required another 66 at one run per ball - a manageable total now needing a comfortable finish.

"Chasing 330 runs is unfamiliar ground so I'm pleased we have the assurance to do that now," continued Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to do it another time but, if we do, we believe we can succeed."

These statements will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this World Cup need to hear.

In recent days a belief they will triumph from any situation has become more firm - this success succeeding win against Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one stage.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against longtime competitors England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final place may likely be confirmed.

During that phase they were eliminated from the prior year's T20 World Cup in an unexpected loss by South Africa - a match Healy missed because of damaged tissue in her foot as she guided Australia for the first time at a significant event.
